MJR Divine Meadows amenity promises are just marketing
MJR Divine Meadows – just moved in last month and already have questions. Possession was in March, and honestly, a few promised amenities still feel very much "under construction" ya. Like the clubhouse, it's there but so many facilities aren't fully functional yet. Maintenance charges toh poore le rahe hain, but service quality sometimes feels lacking. Green areas bhi utne open nahi lagte jitne brochure mein dikhe the. Is this common in Bengaluru projects? Am I the only one facing this after moving into a new place?

Everyone is rushing to build, but nobody focuses on finishing properly. My friend in Adigara Kallahalli faced similar issues with his builder.

Yeah, if the RERA date is 2026, then the OP's situation is very strange. Builders sometimes give 'deemed possession' or early access to fit-out, but that doesn't mean all amenities will be ready. Maybe that's what happened? We need clarity, this is a huge investment.
U4, that's a very good point. I just checked the RERA portal for PRM/KA/RERA/1251/308/PR/191222/005542, and it clearly states the completion date as 2026-08-01. Maybe the original poster got possession of a different block, or there's some confusion? This is super important for first-time buyers like us to understand.

Haan bhai, this is Bangalore for you. Almost every project I've seen, especially the bigger ones, delays amenities. They get the occupation certificate (OC) and then take forever for the other stuff. Maintenance charges toh full lete hain, that's the painful part.
Totally agree, U1! Builders always show you a dream, but reality is often different. My cousin bought in Akshayanagar, and even there, the promised swimming pool took an extra year after possession. It's like they just want to close the sale.
