MK Group Ghaziabad: Daily life reality check
Fed up of renting now, finally looking to buy something permanent. I'm seriously considering MK Group's completed project in Ghaziabad, budget around ₹30L. Daily life wahan kaisa hai? Neighbourhood mein schools, hospitals kitne close hain? Koi actual resident experience share kar sakta hai?

Bhai, I did some digging. MK Group ke completed projects mein se, jo ₹25-36L range mein hain, they're usually smaller units, 1BHK or compact 2BHK. Total units 8 hain, which is very small for an apartment complex, more like a builder floor. Possession date May 2024 di hai, toh technically it's just completed. RERA NA is a major point of concern, especially if you're taking a loan. Banks might be hesitant.
8 units only? That's tiny! Is it in some gully or proper society? What about the specific locality near Ghaziabad? Abhay Khand ya Afzalpur ke aas paas hai kya? Connectivity bhi dekhni padegi.
