MMD Provica Homes: Amenities ka kya experience raha?
MMD Provica Homes mein swimming pool aur gym ki kya halat hai? Kids have moved out, so I'm selling our big house. Wanted a peaceful, manageable flat. Brochure mein club house facilities perfect lage. But I'm hearing mixed reviews about maintenance post-possession. Jo dikhaya tha, woh actually useable hai ya bas showpiece? Don't want high maintenance for facilities that aren't working. RWA active hai kya? Residents, please share your real experience. Is it worth it for me?

Brochure mein toh sab gold dikhta hai, but reality mein paani bhi nahi hota. MMD Provica mein bhi wahi scene hai kya? Bahut darr lagta hai first-time buying mein.
Sahi baat hai, bhai. MMD ka track record waise bhi mixed reviews wala hai. 18 units mein RWA active hone mein time lagta hai, aur tab tak builder hi sab handle karta hai, which is usually not good.
