MMD Provica Homes: Is construction quality just a facade?

Did a site visit to MMD Provica Homes on Saturday, and honestly, the construction quality seemed questionable. I'm based in Dubai, so I can't do a full inspection myself, but what I saw felt rushed. Everyone glorifies new projects, but nobody talks about the actual long-term impact on resale or tenant retention. Are Greater Noida builders *really* delivering quality, or is it all superficial? Maintenance charges are already high, but for what? Ghost amenities and shoddy work? For an investor like me, needing a property manager, this just screams future headaches and depreciating assets. Change my mind.
