MMD Provica Homes mein security systems kaafi important hain for investment. I'm in a 2BHK in Techzone 4, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK. But are the CCTVs and guard quality actually good ya bas show-off hai? Tenant attraction aur resale value ke liye this matters a lot. Investors ka kya experience hai with security? Is the premium justified for that peace of mind?
