MMD Provica Homes: What's the real ground truth?

We're finally upgrading to a 3BHK and need more space for the kids. Looking at MMD Provica Homes. Their brochures show great green spaces and a big clubhouse. But what's the reality? My wife's priority is a safe place for the children to play. Are the parks actually usable, or just for show? Is the clubhouse usually busy or a ghost town?
