Bhai, same exact feeling. Jab main gaya tha toh sales team ne itne bade-bade sapne dikhaye the rental yield ke. Bola tha easily 20-25k aa jayega. Ab sun raha hu log 12-15k mein bhi struggle kar rahe hain. Maintenance charges bhi ₹3 per sqft se upar hain, which is insane for a project in this area. Lagta hai hum toh phas gaye, resale value ka toh sochna bhi mushkil hai filhaal. Mera ek friend Alpha II mein le raha tha, usko better deal mili.
