MNG Smart Villa amenities: Is anyone else feeling ripped off?

Okay, I'll say what no one says – MNG Smart Villa isn't quite the dream they sold. Just moved in two months ago, and honestly, half the so-called premium amenities are barely used or just for show. The 'clubhouse' is okay, but the fancy gym equipment already has issues. Don't even get me started on the green spaces; they're not maintained like the brochures showed. Is anyone else feeling this? We paid top money for this ₹1.98 Cr villa, expecting a certain lifestyle, but it feels... hollow. The daily living experience is fine, but the *value* of those amenities is questionable. Change my mind.
