MNG Smart Villa: Daily life surprises after moving in

Just moved into MNG Smart Villa three months back and finding daily life a bit different than expected. The flat layout's good, but the main road noise is constant, louder than I thought. Finding decent schools nearby for my kid is proving tough, and the air quality feels rough sometimes. Honestly, not sure if this daily living experience matches the price. Has anyone else who recently moved here noticed these things? Am I missing something about the local amenities or school options? What's your take on the actual livability here?
