MNG Smart Villa: Is a villa actually low-maintenance for downsizing?
MNG Smart Villa — I'm looking at this project for my post-retirement home. My kids have moved out, and we're selling our big place, so want something manageable. Honestly, not sure if a villa is too much, but this one keeps popping up. Is it genuinely good for daily living? What's the actual maintenance like for these villas, given we want low costs? Also, how's the neighbourhood for essentials, especially hospitals nearby? We're hoping for a good, friendly society vibe. Any experiences here would be super helpful.

MNG Smart Villa sounds promising for downsizing, especially post-retirement. But maintenance cost is my biggest worry. Villas usually mean more upkeep than apartments, right? Is this one different, or just good marketing?
Bhai, villa aur low-maintenance? Ye toh contradictory lag raha hai. My uncle bought a villa near Ahinsa Khand 1 and the monthly expenses for common areas, gardening, security, it all adds up. Don't fall for the 'smart' tag too easily.
