Modern Railway City ke property prices bilkul overhyped hain. EMI bharne ko ready hoon, but itna kyon? Log kehte hain metro connectivity achhi hai, par daily commute ka actual haal kya hai? Is it really worth paying 70-80L for a 2BHK there, ya sirf builder hype hai? Real residents, apna experience batao. Change my mind.
