Last six months, I've been really digging into 2BHK options in Mohali, especially along the High Rental Yield corridor. Main khud real estate mein hoon, but apna ghar lena is totally different yaar; I know all the builder tricks, jo marketing spin dikhate hain. My budget is ₹80L to 1.5Cr. I'm trying to compare projects there for the best value. Like, construction quality, actual carpet area vs super area games, aur builder ka track record – kaun sa project sahi mein deliver karta hai? Not just what the brochure says. Has anyone bought recently in this range? What's the real ground reality for a 2BHK? Any specific projects standing out for investment in that corridor? Bilkul honest opinion chahiye.
