Okay, I'll be honest — I completely underestimated how confusing this process is. My family's growing, so we need a 3BHK. Wife wants good schools, safe area. We saw places in Sector 65, but prices felt high, like ₹1.8 Cr for a decent one. Is Mohali still a good investment for a 5-7 year hold, or should I wait? Not sure if it's peaked.

Totally understand! Hum bhi Mohali mein 3BHK dekh rahe hain, aur 1.8 Cr toh bahut zyada lag raha hai. Humne Sector 115 mein bhi dekha tha, wahan bhi rates upar hi the. Lagta hai poora market hi garam hai, ya sirf Mohali mein hi aise prices hain?
Haan bhai, sahi keh rahe ho. Mohali ab affordable nahi raha. Pehle bahut log recommend karte the, ab toh budget out ho raha hai sabka. Bah
