₹1.8 crore for a 3BHK in Mohali's Golf Course Extension Road area, Yashika Real Estate ka project – is this price sahi hai? Honestly, I'm a first-time buyer, feeling thoda nervous about the whole process. Builders bol rahe hain no negotiation, but I'm not sure. Kya Mohali mein price negotiation actually work karta hai? Kitna discount expect kar sakte hain log? Also, yeh hidden charges ka kya scene hai? Brochure mein toh bas base price dikhate hain, but sunaa hai possession tak bahut extra lag jaata hai. Like stamp duty, registration, PLC, maintenance, OC... Parents bhi bol rahe hain, "total cost calculate karna". Anyone who bought recently, please share your experience. Kya kya hidden costs ka dhyan rakhna chahiye?

1.8 crore for Mohali? Bhai, that sounds super high for a 3BHK, even on Golf Course Extension. Builders always say no negotiation, but that's their first line. Definitely push for a discount!
Haan, sahi keh rahe ho. Builders ka yahi tactic hota hai. But sometimes, if they have unsold inventory or quarter-end targets, they might budge a little. Depends on how much research you do on their sales figures.
