But for resale properties, especially in sectors like 69 ya Aerocity, kitna negotiation possible hai? My experience suggests motivated sellers in the secondary market often offer better deals. Is it standard to expect 5-7% off the asking price there? Also, this floor-rise premium, as an investor, does it add any real ROI or rental yield advantage? Ya sirf ek cost hai?
