Mohali 3BHKs: Overhyped or am I missing something?

Mohali, everyone glorifies projects like Saini Bhawan for 3BHKs around 80L-1.5Cr, but the actual value? Nah. I'm fed up of renting, landlord raised rent again. The EMI vs rent math for these just doesn't add up. Honestly, I think other projects in Mohali offer way better amenities for the price. Change my mind, yaar.
