New roads aur metro extension ki bahut baat hoti hai Mohali mein. But I'm really wondering, Affordable Homes mein iska ground pe kya impact hua hai? Like, kis pockets mein prices actually jump kiye hain due to better connectivity? Kya abhi bhi koi good entry point hai near these new infra developments, ya sab kuch already factored in ho gaya hai? My budget is around 60-65L for a 2BHK. Should I still consider this area, ya ab late ho gaya hai for a decent ROI? Any specific sectors or projects within Affordable Homes jo aapko lagta hai ki in infrastructure changes se zyada benefit hue hain? Bilkul samajh nahi aa raha.
