Spent the whole Sunday checking out options in Sector 47. Honestly, fed up of renting, landlord raised rent again yaar. GTM Builders & Promoters Pvt. Ltd ke project dekhe. Everyone glorifies brokers but nobody talks about kaise wo hidden charges nahi batate. Broker bolte hain discount dilayenge but end mein khud ka commission nikalte hain. Direct builder se deal karna better nahi hai? Change my mind.
