I'm checking out Big Block South City 2 for my first home, aur unke clubhouse facilities toh mast lagte hain. But honestly, kitne log use karte hain daily? Maintenance charges bhi kafi high bolte hain, but does the service actually match? Parking allocation ka kya scene hai wahan? Reserved milti hai ya lottery system hai? I'm honestly not sure if it's all just marketing hype. Kya kisi ka real experience hai?

The price range ₹2.9 Cr – ₹3.7 Cr for just 4 units in Big Block South City 2 seems very niche. Is this a luxury project then? And if it's completed, why is the possession date 2025-07-
Yaar, marketing hype toh sab jagah hai. Mera experience Badshahpur mein ek project ke saath bahut bura raha hai. Possession date 2025-07-01 bolke bhi builders delay kar dete hain. Big Block South City 2 ka status COMPLETED hai, but possession date 2025 dikha raha hai, which is weird. Total units sirf 4 hain, toh maybe exclusivity ke chakkar mein maintenance high rakhte hain. Beware of hidden costs and sudden hikes in maintenance post-possession. Always check the RERA documents thoroughly.
Same here! My project in Baharampur Naya had a similar 'completed' status but then delayed possession by over a year. Builders will say anything to close the deal. The 2025 possession for a 'completed' project is a huge red flag indeed. Thanks for pointing that out.
Actually, Big Block South City 2 ke units kafi spacious hain, aur location bhi Mohali mein prime hai. Maybe amenities are a bonus? Price range ₹2.9 Cr – ₹3.7 Cr seems steep for a first home, but for Mohali, it's competitive. Kya pata, for that price, they deliver good service?
Bhai, Big Block South City 2 ka naam sunke hi darr lagta hai. Club facilities toh sab dikhate hain, asal mein koi use nahi karta. Sirf maintenance badhane ka tareeka hai. Mere friend ka experience bahut kharab raha hai Baliawas mein, same issue.
Totally agree with U1. My cousin bought in a similar project near Airport Road (Gurgaon side), aur bolte the Olympic-size pool hai. Kabhi dekha hi nahi use hote hue. Maintenance har saal badh jaati hai, but service wahi zero. It's a common builder trick.
