Mohali builder promises rarely match reality
What's the real construction quality at Vatika Iris Floors, Mohali? Based in Dubai, I can't check. Does poor build affect resale or tenant retention? Are amenities like the clubhouse actually maintained, or just for show?

Clubhouse aur amenities ka toh sabse bada scam hota hai. Builders sirf launch ke time dikhate hain, baad mein koi maintenance nahi. 'Just for show' wala point bilkul sahi hai. Kya Vatika Iris Floors mein residents ne koi maintenance committee banayi hai, ya builder hi manage karta hai abhi bhi?

Lekin 10 saal mein toh wear and tear kaafi hota hai. Koi wahan rehta hai kya? Ya kisi ne recently visit kiya hai? Real condition kya hai abhi?
10 saal purana project hai toh electricals aur plumbing ka bhi issue ho sakta hai. Dubai se aake check karna toh mushkil hai, but try asking for a video walkthrough from a local agent. Ya kisi broker ko bol do, woh details mein bata dega. Baharampur Naya side bhi dekho, new projects mil jayenge.

Especially jab price range ₹1.7 Cr se ₹2.3 Cr tak ja rahi hai for a project that completed in 2014. Itni purani property ke liye itna high price, construction quality toh doubt mein aayegi hi.
Haan, but Vatika ka naam toh suna hai. Maybe not the best, but not the worst either. 800 units ka project hai, toh occupancy toh honi chahiye. Lekin maintenance ka issue toh rehta hai sab jagah.
Totally agree yaar! Mohali mein bohot builders ne aise hi kiya hai. Sirf marketing mein paisa lagate hain, actual quality pe nahi. First-time buyer ke liye toh aur mushkil hai.
