Not proud of this but I almost got duped by a pre-launch scheme. I'm a broker, par Mohali mein khud ke liye buy karna alag hai. Kendriya Vihar ki construction quality aur promised amenities ka kya scene hai? Kya poor quality resale value aur tenant attraction affect karti hai?

Yaar, I totally get where the original poster is coming from. Mera bhi experience similar raha hai ek builder ke saath Basai mein. Unhone bhi pre-launch mein bade-bade promises kiye the, swimming pool, club house, sab. Jab possession mila toh roads adhoori, drainage issues, aur gym mein bas 2 machines thi. Resale value toh doob gayi meri. Tenant bhi nahi milte the kyunki basic facilities hi nahi thi. Builder quality directly affects tenant attraction and resale, no doubt.
U9, RERA complaint ki thi but process bahut slow hai. Builder ne minor changes dikha ke time pass kiya. Abhi bhi case chal raha hai
