Mohali builder quality: What they don't tell you
Builder promises in Mohali are a big gamble, honestly. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 65, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or even a villa, maybe around Sectors 82-84. Budget is ₹2.5-3 Cr. Already have a home loan, so EMI is a factor. Main concern hai construction quality aur delivery track record. Kya DLF, M3M ya Godrej ki quality sach mein top-notch hai? Suna hai post-possession bahut issues aate hain – plaster cracks, seepage wagera. Koi real experience bata sakta hai? On-time delivery ka kya scene hai, especially for Emaar aur Sobha? DMIC ke paas projects mein kitna delay expect karna chahiye? Aur customer support? Booking ke baad phone uthate bhi hain ya nahi? Signature Global mein feedback kaisa hai? Is the price jump for these big names worth it, ya small builders bhi achha kaam kar rahe hain?

Totally relate to this, bhai! I'm also looking in Mohali, same budget range around 80s. DLF and M3M ke projects dekh ke lagta hai sab gold plated hai, but andar se kya hai kaun jaane. My biggest fear is getting stuck with a project that never delivers. Especially worried about the delays for projects near the DMIC corridor, suna hai wahan infrastructure abhi pura develop nahi hua.
