₹1.9 Cr for a 3BHK in Sector 82, Mohali, was the quoted price. Fed up of renting, so finally taking the plunge. Hercules Ventures LLP ka ek project pasand aaya hai but all-in cost mein stamp duty, registration, PLC, parking... yeh sab add karke budget hil gaya. Builder bolta hai spot discount mil jaayega, but I'm thinking yeh sab hidden charges adjust karne ka tareeka hai. Matlab, kitna negotiation possible hai asli mein in Mohali? Is it even real, ya bas number game hai? What were your actual final costs for a 3BHK around Sector 82?
