Builders like Alpha Corp ka kya scene hai negotiation pe? Log bolte hain Mohali mein price drop mushkil hai. Kitna kam karwa sakte hain final price se? Aur hidden charges, like possession ke time pe, kitne extra lag jaate hain? Don't want any surprises after EMI shuru ho jaaye.

Ye negotiation ka myth nahi hai, reality hai Mohali mein. Specially after the Chandigarh Airport expansion, connectivity improved, demand badhi hai. Mera ek cousin Dhunela ke paas hi Alpha Corp ka villa dekh raha tha pichle saal, 1.5 Cr quote kiya tha, final 1.48 Cr mein mila. Matlab na ke barabar. Yaar, maine bhi suna hai Mohali mein builders negotiation pe pakke rehte hain. ₹1.8 Cr for a 3BHK in Sector 82 sounds like a lot, especially for a first-time buyer. Alpha Corp ka kya scene hai, koi batao? Kya sach mein ek bhi paisa kam nahi karte?
Alpha Corp ka main bataun toh, main pichle saal unka ek project dekh raha tha Badshahpur ke paas. Unhone flat price pe toh barely 2-3% diya tha, woh bhi after a lot of haggling and bringing in a broker. Hidden charges pe bhi unhone kuch nahi kiya. Final cost meri expectation se 7-8% upar hi gayi thi. So, be prepared.
Dekho, negotiation depends on market conditions and inventory. Agar builder ke paas ready-to-move units bahut hain ya sales slow hain, toh thoda scope ban jaata hai. Par 1.8 Cr pe 3BHK, Mohali mein, I doubt they'll budge much.
Haan bhai, same experience. Mera friend Airport Road Gurugram mein dekh raha tha, wahan bhi builder ne seedha mana kar diya.
