Mohali Sectors 82-84 — sab bolte hain investment ke liye best hai. But honestly, RERA compliance toh sirf paper pe lagti hai. I'm fed up of renting, looking at a 3BHK around ₹2 Cr. Emaar Amaris projects look good on surface, but how do you actually verify a builder like Sunder Homes ka legal track record? Matlab, RERA registration check karna is one thing, but what about past complaints, project delays, ya title clarity issues? Everyone glorifies capital appreciation but nobody talks about the actual legal due diligence. Mereko lagta hai RERA complaints are mostly on paper, real action kitna hota hai? Change my mind. Yaar, you hit the nail on the head! Mohali mein toh sab investment investment bolte hain, but ground reality alag hai. Sunder Homes ka naam maine bhi suna hai, but their projects are hardly visible. RERA compliance sirf dikhawa hai, I totally agree.
Same here, bhai. I almost put money in a project near Airport Road (Gurgaon side) and later found out the builder had multiple RERA complaints for delays and even some land dispute issues. It's not just Mohali
