Mohali builders: The truth about delivery & support

Honestly, I'm completely lost trying to figure out these builders in Mohali. I'm looking at a 2BHK, budget around 1.2 Cr near the upcoming infra. Kaunsa builder sahi hai for on-time delivery? Especially for DLF, Emaar, ya Godrej. Suna hai construction quality mein issues aate hain, plaster cracks, seepage wagera. Aur customer support ka kya scene hai after booking? Do they even pick up the phone? Any real experiences with their post-booking support? Not sure which one to trust.
