Not proud of this but I almost jumped on a Salcon pre-launch deal in Sector 77. Builder ka sales guy bol raha tha spot discount milega, but then PLC aur floor rise ka itna add kar diya. Matlab, is it even a real discount? Saluja Constructions mein bhi same scene hai. Koi batao, Mohali mein spot discount negotiation kaise karein? Kitna realistically kam ho sakta hai?

Totally relate! Salcon ka sales guy ne mujhe bhi aise hi ghumaya tha. Spot discount bolke itna hype create kiya, but jab final figures dekhe toh laga kuch bachaya hi nahi. Upar se builder ka track record bhi doubtful lag raha hai. Bohot darr lagta hai yaar first time buying mein.
Haan bhai, same experience. Mohali mein har jagah yahi chal raha hai. Sab bas numbers badha rahe hain.
