Honestly, I thought finding a smaller flat after the kids moved out would be simpler. We're looking at places like Vohra Estate 13 in Mohali. My main worry is the actual construction quality after a year or so, you know, cracks or fittings failing. Also, what about power backup? Do they give full flat backup or just common areas? We don't need a huge place but reliable power is essential. And the maintenance charges... are they worth it for the service you get? Or do they just keep going up? Would really appreciate some honest feedback.
