Investor Avenue Luxury Floor 3 mein abhi shift kiya hai. Builder ne reserved bola tha, but after possession, visitor parking kaafi messy hai. Allocated spots bhi tight hain. Iska resale value par kitna impact hota hai?

Totally agree with what's been said. Aajkal Gurugram market mein bhi first-time buyers itne desperate ho jaate hain ki chhoti chhoti details miss kar dete hain. Parking toh bahut big deal hai, especially for a Luxury Floor. I'd say, always check the RERA documents thoroughly, even if it's 'Not Applicable' like in this case, then demand a clause in your agreement about parking space dimensions.
Bhai, yeh toh builder ki planning ki kami hai. Mera ek dost Airport Road (Gurgaon side) par ek project mein phasa tha, same story. Unko bhi promised parking nahi mili. ₹1.9 Cr – ₹2.3 Cr dekar bhi agar basic amenity mein compromise ho toh kya faayda? Sabse best tip hai ki site visit karo, aur agar koi nearby completed project ho ussi builder ka toh wahan jaake residents se baat karo. Sirf brochure pe trust mat karna, especially for such a high-value investment.
Total units kitne hain is Investor Avenue project mein? 4 units ke liye itna parking issue kaise ho sakta hai?
U8 aur U9, you guys are right. When you're paying ₹1.9 Cr – ₹2.3 Cr for a flat, which is a significant amount for a first-time buyer like me, you expect basic things like adequate parking to be sorted. It's not just about the number of units, it's about the quality of life. Builder ne toh possession 2023-06-01 ko diya tha, abhi itni jaldi problem aa gayi toh aage kya hoga? Yeh experience toh sunke aur tension ho rahi hai.
Exactly!
U3, Investor Avenue Luxury Floor 3 mein total units sirf 4 hain. Ye toh bahut chhoti society hai, phir parking ka issue kaise ho gaya? Builder ne space ka calculation hi galat kiya hoga. Shocking for a project in the ₹1.9 Cr – ₹2.3 Cr range.
Oh no! Yeh toh bahut common problem hai. Sahi keh rahe ho, plans mein sab acha dikhta hai. Hum bhi first-time buyer hain, aur parking ka sunke hi darr lagta hai. Meri bhi yahi tension hai ki kahin humare saath bhi aisa na ho jaye future mein. Builder promises toh badi badi karte hain, but delivery mein hamesha compromise hota hai.
Investor Avenue Luxury Floor 3 mein abhi shift kiya hai, Mohali mein. Builder ne bola tha reserved parking milegi, but after possession, visitor parking kaafi messy hai, aur allocated spots bhi itne tight hain ki gaadi park karna mushkil hai. ₹1.9 Cr – ₹2.3 Cr ki property mein yeh expect nahi kiya tha. Iska resale value par kitna impact hota hai? Koi tip hai yeh pehle se check karne ki jab sirf plans dikhate hain?
Iska RERA status kya hai? Is project ka RERA number toh 'Not Applicable' dikha raha hai. Agar RERA mein registered hota toh thoda leverage milta maybe. Builder ki accountability kaun lega ab?
Haan bhai, same experience. Resale value toh definitely affect hoti hai aise issues se. Site visit ke time neighbour projects bhi check karo.
