₹1.5 crore for a 3BHK in Mohali Sector 51, that's what BPTP quoted me for a flat. Kids ab settle ho gaye hain, toh itna bada ghar nahi chahiye. Bas ek manageable 2BHK ya small 3BHK dekh raha hoon. Mera budget around ₹1.2-1.5 crore hai, but I'm worried about the 'all-in' cost. Yeh stamp duty, registration charges, sab milake kitna extra lag jaata hai yaar? Suna hai possession ke time aur bhi bahut hidden charges nikalte hain, jaise society maintenance advance, utility setup, OC charges. Matlab, yeh sab kitna add karte hain total bill mein? Koi way hai ki builder se yeh sab pehle hi clear karwa lein, ya yeh sab surprise hi rehta hai? Koi tips hain Mohali mein aise hidden costs avoid karne ke?
