I'm talking about things beyond stamp duty and registration. What were your biggest surprise costs during possession in Mohali? This is exactly what I've been hearing! 10-12% extra is huge, that's lakhs! Is there no RERA guideline for these 'extra' charges? Did anyone check their RERA disclosures properly before booking with Landmark Group, ya sab baad mein hi pata
Yaar, I totally feel this. Planning to buy in Mohali too, and these hidden costs are my biggest fear. Builder log sirf base price batate hain, baaki sab possession ke time pe bomb phodte hain.
