Mohali floor-rise premium: Is it ever justified?

Possession was in March for my Anant Raj flat in Sector 56, and honestly, all these extra charges caught me off guard. Floor-rise premium kaafi zyaada laga, especially for a higher floor. Builders bolte hain better views, but is it really worth the extra lakhon? Yaar, did anyone else feel cheated by this in Mohali?

Hmm, I'm also looking in Mohali and this is a concern. But aren't higher floors generally more expensive everywhere? Builders claim better amenities and less noise up there. Aapko Anant Raj mein kitna extra laga per sqft for the higher floor?

Bhai, totally agree! Mohali mein yeh floor-rise premium toh ek hidden loot hai. Builders bas profit margin badha rahe hain, views ke naam pe.
