Gurugram mein prices toh sky-high hain, Mohali mein thoda kam lag raha tha, but ab lagta hai wahan bhi bubble ban raha hai. Kya karein?

Mohali mein sectors 110/111 ke aas paas kuch projects hain, but wahaan bhi prices upar ja rahe hain. Dekhna padega kaunsa builder hai, bahut fraud ho raha hai aajkal. RERA check karna bahut zaroori hai.
