Mohali Gated Community: Maintenance costs are pure daylight robbery.

Possession was in March for my flat in Gated Community, Mohali. Honestly, sab bahar se acha lagta hai but the hidden costs! Maintenance charges bilkul out of control hain, plus parking ka issue aur water pressure bhi kam hai. Everyone glorifies this area, but nobody talks about these daily headaches. Is it just me? Change my mind.

OMG, this is exactly what I'm afraid of! We're looking at properties in Mohali too, and builders always promise the moon. But this 'hidden cost' thing is my biggest fear. Maintenance charges can literally break your monthly budget. Thanks for sharing, ab toh aur darr lag raha hai.
