Mohali Ghata: Current prices feel off, should I wait?

Spent the whole Sunday checking out options in Ghata, Mohali. Sab bol rahe Ghata ke prices last 1-2 saal mein bahut badhe hain. But is this real growth, ya bas builder-driven inflation hai? I'm seeing 3BHKs around ₹75-80L jo pehle ₹60L mein the. Abhi lena sahi hai, ya wait karein correction ke liye? Change my mind.

Totally agree with you, yaar! I was looking around Ghata last month and the prices are just insane. My agent was pushing me for a 3BHK in 'Fortune Greens' by Fortune Realty, saying it's a steal at ₹78L. But I checked online, Fortune Realty ka toh koi track record hi nahi hai, 0 projects dikha raha hai RERA pe. Ye sab builder hype lag raha hai, real growth toh nahi.
