Meri priority Golf Course Road area hai, like Sector 55 side. My budget is around ₹80L to ₹1.5Cr. Looking for opinions on which projects on Golf Course Road are actually worth it for a family. Not just price, but construction quality, future appreciation, aur amenities bhi. Boht options dikh rahe hain but sabka pitch toh accha hi hota hai. Kisi ke paas koi real-life experience hai regarding ROI ya hidden costs? Not sure if I should go for ready-to-move ya under-construction mein thoda risk le lun for better price.
