My team did a quick recce of Mohali last month, focusing on daily commute and general living conditions. I'm based in Dubai, toh ground reality samajhna mushkil hai. Brochures mein toh sab green dikhta hai, but I'm hearing about heavy traffic on Airport Road, especially peak hours mein. Is it really that bad for daily travel, ya manage ho jaata hai? Also, rental management for an NRI seems like a big headache. Has anyone dealt with power of attorney for property management from abroad? Any advice on finding reliable property managers jo genuinely transparent hon?
