Done paying rent for years, ab finally decision time aa gaya hai. Mohali mein Sector 29 ki properties dekh raha hoon, MVN Infrastructure ke units. Secondary market mein deals mil rahi hain, but is resale mein negotiation scope zyada hota hai than direct builder? Also, floor-rise premium for ROI, worth it hai kya? Any tips for an investor?
