What's the real scene with these new expressway projects around Mohali? From my experience, infra promises are almost always delayed. Builders keep hyping up "imminent completion" near Sector 82-84 for price hikes, but ground reality kuch aur hi hai. Is anyone actually seeing progress on the new flyovers ya phir bas speculation hai? My last investment near Baharampur Naya got stuck for two years waiting for a road.
