Totally agree with you, bhai! RERA check is the first thing I do too. But as you said, fraud builders can copy details. How do we really know if the registration is genuine and not just a placeholder? Mohali mein bahut projects aise hi chal rahe hain.

Sahi keh rahe ho, U1. My cousin almost got scammed in a project near Airport Road (Gurgaon side) because the RERA number on the builder's brochure was fake. We cross-checked it on the official RERA portal
