Visited Satya Merano Greens last week, construction quality initially kaafi decent lagi. But from my experience, real issues like cracks, seepage, ya fittings ki problems 6-12 months baad dikhti hain. Isse toh resale value directly affect hoti hai aur maintenance costs bhi badh jaati hain, right? Kitna ROI expect kar sakte hain if quality issues pop up? Koi batao, Satya Merano Greens mein post-possession snag list experience kaisa raha? Does it impact tenant attraction?

U1, your point about resale value is spot on. I booked a flat near Badshahpur a couple of years ago, not this builder, but a similar price range. After possession, the lift kept breaking down, and the common areas were poorly maintained. Resale value took a hit because prospective buyers would see these issues. Tenant attraction is also a big problem, no one wants to pay good rent for a building with constant problems.
2-3 Cr for a first home in Mohali? Thoda high side pe nahi lag raha? For that price, I'd expect top-notch quality, no compromises.
Totally agree with your point about hidden issues. My cousin bought in Mohali too, and after a year, he's dealing with plumbing problems. Builders show a glossy picture initially. Have they completed any other projects in Mohali or nearby that we can check for long-term quality?
