Honestly, I'm so confused about Mohali real estate right now. My parents keep saying abhi le lo, price aur badhega, but I'm not sure if it's the right time for my first property. I was looking at a 2BHK in Sector 84, Godrej ka project, they quoted like ₹1.5 Cr. It feels like a huge amount. Is it even worth it at these prices, or overvalued? Infrastructure projects like Dwarka Expressway are supposed to push values up significantly, but kitna aur? Yeh sab hype hai ya actual appreciation? I'm worried about buying at the top.
