They show these amazing clubhouses and green spaces, but post-possession, kitna time lagta hai unko operational hone mein? Aur maintenance charges ka kya scene hai? Koi value for money milti hai ya sirf bills aate rehte hain? For an investor, yeh sab directly affects future rental yield aur resale value, right? Mohali mein, what has been your experience with projects like Trump Tower 2 ya similar ones regarding these points? Kaun se builders actually deliver what they promise?

U7, Mohali mein abhi bhi bohot builders hain jo only on paper dikhate hain. Check out projects by SBP Group or something similar, unka delivery track record thoda better hai. But for Trump Tower 2 in Gurgaon, the price range is justified for the brand and location, but even there, luxury amenities take time.
Yeah, GGM RERA is clearly Gurgaon. Trump Tower 2 is a luxury project there. Mohali mein Trump Tower 2 nahi hai as far as I know.
