Spent the whole Sunday checking out options near Sector 82-84. Builders like Godrej and Emaar are pushing pre-launch offers big time. From my experience, yeh 'early bird discount' mostly hype hoti hai. Initial pricing low dikhate hain, but construction delays and hidden costs always eat into ROI. Better to wait for RTM projects for actual value. Change my mind.

Totally agree with this post! Pre-launch sounds good on paper, but the reality is always different. Mera ek friend Godrej ke project mein fas gaya hai, 2 saal se possession ka wait kar raha hai. Yeh 'early bird' discount toh 'early bird trap' lagta hai.
Haan bhai, same here. Mera bhi ek friend Godrej ke project mein 82-84 mein trapped hai. Promises were too good to be true.
