₹85 lakh for a 2BHK in Emaar Amaris Mohali — is this the going rate? I'm based in Dubai, so site inspections are tough. I'm considering Emaar Amaris for investment, but amenities ko lekar thoda tension hai. Brochure mein sab grand lagta hai, but real mein after possession, kitna deliver hota hai? Jaise clubhouse, pool, kids play area — kya woh actually well-maintained hain aur use hote hain? Or just for show, affecting tenant attraction and resale? Maintenance charges bhi toh high hote hain, but service quality kaisi hai? Any ground reality experiences?

Bhai, ₹85 lakh for a 2BHK in Emaar Amaris Mohali? Are you absolutely sure about the project name or even the location? Emaar Amaris ka toh price range ₹3.7 Cr se ₹6.3 Cr dikha raha hai, and that too specifically for Gurugram. Mohali mein Emaar ka Amaris project hai bhi ya nahi, yeh toh double check karna padega seriously. Aur jo RERA number aapne mention kiya hai (GGM/885/617/2024/112), woh toh Gurugram ka hai, not Mohali.
