Just got possession at DLF Privana West. Everyone talks ROI, but what about actual legal due diligence? Is RERA effective for investor protection, or just on paper? Title verification was a nightmare. Change my mind.

My title verification process was an absolute nightmare, so many hidden charges and clauses they didn't disclose upfront. Ab toh lag raha hai bas fas gaye hain. Change my mind, please, tell me it gets better.
