Mohali investors: Maintenance charges ka kya scene hai?

DLF Privana West ke maintenance charges bilkul loot macha rahe hain. Just moved in last month, aur service quality kaafi low hai. Basic issues bhi fix nahi ho rahe. ROI pe asar padega. Others facing this?

Bhai, this is exactly what I've been hearing about DLF projects, especially in newer sectors. Mohali mein toh abhi kaafi development baaki hai, but these maintenance charges are a big red flag. ROI toh door ki baat hai, pehle basic living conditions toh theek ho. Are you talking about the one near Airport Road in Gurgaon side, or the Mohali one? Kyunki rates wahan bhi high hain.
