₹1.8 Cr for a 3BHK in Mohali, pre-launch offer hai. I work in real estate, but for my own investment, I'm thinking, pre-launch ka actual discount kitna hota hai? Or is it just marketing? PLC and floor-rise premium bhi worth it hai?
