Mohali mein property kharidna itna easy nahi hota, especially legal side. RERA registration aur builder ka track record kaise properly verify karte ho? I'm looking at a 3BHK, maybe around Sector 82-84. Even Emaar Amaris ya Mahindra Lifespaces jaise bade builders ka bhi RERA compliance pura dekhna padta hai. Brochure mein sab sahi lagta hai, but ground pe kya hai? I work in real estate, but for my own investment, I'm super paranoid. Title verification mein kya main steps hain jo log often skip karte hain? RERA complaints ka real effectiveness kya hai? Kya builders seriously lete hain ya bas paper pe hi hai sab? Off the record, koi specific red flags jo aapne Mohali projects mein dekhe hon?

Totally relate, bhai! Mohali mein property dekhna headache hai. Main bhi 3BHK dekh raha hu around Sector 82-84, budget 70-80L ke aas paas. Par har builder ke brochure aur ground reality mein zameen-aasman ka farak hota hai. RERA toh hai, but uski power kitni hai, yehi samajh nahi aata.
