Honestly, I'm feeling cheated looking at 3BHK upgrades in Mohali. Currently in a 2BHK in Sector 53. Yaar, the price jump for 3BHKs or villas is insane — ₹2 Cr+ in Sectors 65 or 82, with builders like DLF, M3M. Is this premium justified? Ya phir it's just perception? Dwarka Expressway infra is improving, but construction quality aur amenities mein kitna farak hai? My home loan's a headache. Worried about high EMIs; will these 'luxury' homes give proper ROI? Anyone else faced this? What's your take on Mohali's luxury segment? Confused.
